Today when I was trying to accept a payment from PPP I came across this page:
“Add a Bank Account in the United States”
Sigh… normally I would be able to choose the option ‘Accept Payment Without Adding a Bank Account’, but today it forces me to add a bank account.
Anyone have any idea? The 30-day clock is ticking for my $10 USD…

To everyone else having the same problem, don’t worry. In the comments of Hongkiat’s blog some bloggers have got an email from PayPal saying it’s a “glitch” while updating their services.
Is it wrong to hope their system will accidentally put six zeroes behind my PayPal balance?
