Hi everyone, I’m back from my Christmas holidays. I had a wonderful time of relaxation and vacation with my family.
If any of you have been having trouble viewing this website, I’m guessing it has something to do with the Taiwan earthquake. Since the normal Pacific route to America seems to be down, your local DNS servers may need time to re-route traffic. You may want to flush your DNS settings if you have problems accessing websites. Just open a command prompt window, type ‘ipconfig /flushdns’ and press Enter (thanks to David from Exabytes Support for this tip!)
Anyway, I had time to open my Christmas presents yesterday night. Just want to say thanks to:
- Daddy, thanks for the ang pau
- Mummy, thanks for the shirts to wear for my wedding
- Lydia, thanks for the swimming shorts. They look great!
- Darling Poey Chin, thanks for the shirt
- Brian and family, thanks for the book. Poey Chin and I will study it carefully.
- Aunty Connie and family, thanks for the chocolates. My favourite!
- May and family, thanks for the bathroom set (now I have one for each bathroom
) - Aunty Jenny, thanks for the ang pau. I really needed that.
- Uncle Johnny and family, thanks for the wonderful matching mugs
- Leon, thanks for the stylus. I don’t have to use Kilometrico anymore
- Uncle Will, thanks for the mint chocolates
- Mr Koay, thanks for the candle holder
I want to apologize if you didn’t receive any presents from me. I just spent tens of thousands of dollars renovating my home and I can’t really afford to give much.
What did you get for Christmas? Want to thank anyone? Please comment.

Celebrating Christmas and getting christmas present is something nurtured since young. My family doesn’t practice this but I wish to have this thingy in my family in the future. It’s heart-warming.
