I’m so in love…
Baby is still going through a time of adjustment. She cried all of last night until 5am, but she’s sleeping right now. She’s a little yellow, but it’s no cause for concern yet.
Mummy is healing nicely from the surgery. She can walk about with less pain now. We managed to express a little colostrum and fed to baby via bottle.
I managed to get a good rest last night. I ran out of emotional, spiritual and physical endurance. I have never prayed so hard in my life.
Now I’m just worried about how they will manage when I go back to work.
My parents are helping our confinement lady to do marketing and running some errands. I’m also asking them so many questions. I’m really thankful that they’re here to help me. I won’t be able to manage otherwise.
This morning I went to the registration department to get her birth cert. I’m very proud to say that she got a very nice MyKid number. If her MyKid number was a car registration number, it will be worth tens of thousands.
What’s so nice about the number? It’s very Digi.
Rachel’s got very long fingers. This will be perfect for playing any stringed instrument. I’m going to train her to cover five frets on the bass guitar hehe. Now when I carry her, I count aloud to her. 1-2-3-4 1-2-3-4… I want her to have solid timing!
And mummy’s going to train her to play the piano once she’s big enough.
With her super loud voice, we might start her on vocal training too! Cikgu Leon better get prepared hehe…
But then again, she might tell me she hates music. Oh well. That’s okay.
I just hope she will love video games. I’m brainwashing telling her stories about how cool a Nintendo Wii is.
