I just wrote down all my expenses on the diary. Only spent what is necessary. But I was just too lazy to sum up all my expenses at the end of the month..That’s the flaws in my system. ha ha

Adino: I also had a similar system. The idea is, you should review your expenses at the end of each month to see where you can cut down. But I hardly have time to do that. And frankly, most of the expenses cannot be avoided.

i have the worst system. i spend minimum and refill my wallet when it is empty.

end of the day, budgets and other financial tools are meant to assist us in attaining, as much as possible, financial freedom… but if it ends up in us being imprisoned in terms of necessary spending… maybe not such a good thing after all… just my two cents game of bowling soon? :p

Adino: Yup, agree. Bowling will have to depend on my foot get well or not. Wii bowling also cannot now…

I think you made the right decision; keeping track of things excessively can be far too exhausting. I’m glad you ‘liberated’ yourself.
